It features an above-average body and a high natural sweetness that perfectly balances the bright profile. We recommend brewing this exceptional lot using a Pour Over or Drip method to best highlight its complex clarity and sweet, clean finish.

About the Farm

Located in the Durame Village of Kembata, Ethiopia. The high-altitude soil is extremely fertile and ideal for high-quality beans. Local farmers carefully process the cherries in the wet mill before utilizing sun-drenched raised beds to achieve precise drying.
