If you received your order and are unhappy with it, or if there is an error in your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We'd be happy to discuss a solution to ensure your satisfaction.
Simply send an email to info@simpleroastcoffee.com and let us know about the issue. We'll work with you to find a resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Please note:
- We cannot accept returns of opened or unopened coffee bags due to the perishable nature of the product and food safety regulations.
- Depending on the circumstances, we may require additional information or photos to process your request.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
