The Bean
Quality: Strictly High Grown (SHG) at over 4,000 feet, which creates a denser, more flavorful bean.
- Method: Organic and Fair Trade. These beans are grown using natural fertilizers and sustainable "biodynamic" farming that respects the earth.
- Roast Level: Medium. This level balances the natural sweetness of the bean with its refreshing fruit notes.
- Roasting: Roasted daily in small batches at our shop to ensure that chocolatey sweetness is always at its peak when it hits your cup

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there’s an issue, reach out to us, and we’ll make it right.
