A Balanced, Crowd-Pleasing Favorite
The Experience
This is the ultimate "easy-to-love" coffee. It’s a creamy, full-bodied cup that feels smooth from the very first sip. We roast it to a perfect Medium Roast to bring out deep, comforting notes of dark chocolate and warm caramel. To keep things interesting, it starts with a bright citrus spark and finishes with a subtle, sweet hint of cherry
The Bean
Quality: Strictly High Grown (SHG) at over 4,000 feet, which creates a denser, more flavorful bean.
- Method: Organic and Fair Trade. These beans are grown using natural fertilizers and sustainable "biodynamic" farming that respects the earth.
- Roast Level: Medium. This level balances the natural sweetness of the bean with its refreshing fruit notes.
- Roasting: Roasted daily in small batches at our shop to ensure that chocolatey sweetness is always at its peak when it hits your cup

Love this medium roast coffee
We are very pleased with the service we get when ordering. It is shipped right away and always fresh. Delicious medium roast! Truly a fan
Clearly this is a fresh tasting coffee. However, I have doubts about this being a medium roast. The beans are quite light and there isn't a hint of a roast taste. Between my first pot and second, I've increased the weight of my grinds by 20% and there is basically no change in taste. I will not buy this again. And while we're at it, you would think that a company that prides itself on being a roaster, could better than a simple light, medium, dark categories.
Great beans, great company,fastshipping
Great roast and excellent flavor. I generally drink lighter roasts but this hits the right notes. Would definitely order again
Great coffee!
We visited Simple Roost several years ago while on vacation. Loved the coffedd and have been ordering bags of beans eversicne. This particular roast is mellow and not too strong with no after bitter taste. Perfect for my morning cup!
Tried this as the replacement to the Honduras blend and it is better than that. Didn't think it was possible, but this coffee is exceptionally good. No need to add anything as it is a light and smooth taste with little to no after bite like some other coffees. Definitely recommend.
The previous Honduras medium roast wasn’t my thing but Mexico medium roast is great. A little more body than the light roast but still some fruity notes.
