Simple Roast Coffee stands behind our goods and services completely. We strive in every action to provide you with the best tasting coffee beans as quickly as possible. However, we understand there are times when your satisfaction may not be 100% met. For those times we apologize and hope you continue getting your coffee from Simple Roast.
Simple Roast Coffee promises the best cup of coffee each time you order from us. We roast to the order; we do not roast our beans all at once and leave them laying in a corner. Your order is treated with the same care that our morning cups of coffee are treated with.
Because we roast every bean to order and ship immediately we do not offer any return policy at this time.
If you feel your order was incorrect or does not meet the standards we have promised please contact us and we will do our best to remedy the situation. We care about your cup of coffee!
We can ship to virtually any address in the continental United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to all destinations.
When you place an order, we use USPS Shipping for shipping and delivery dates. We also offer local pickup on each order that you can select to avoid the USPS shipping charge.
